1.会社に問合せしてみよう！

気になった資料の請求や質問などをネットから問合せしてみよう！
その際に、入居希望日や予算、条件などを詳しく伝えておくと、あらかじめ条件に合う物件を探してくれるのでスムーズに進みます。

2.お家探しの相談に行こう！

実際にスタッフに会ってお家探しの相談をしてみよう！
問合せをした際にあらかじめ希望条件をお伝えしておくと、それに合った物件を紹介してもらえます。
まだ具体的に条件が決まっていない方は、スタッフと一緒に考えていきましょう！
また、住宅ローンについてや住宅を購入する際に必要な資料についてもお伝えしますので、ぜひ相談に行きましょう！

3.現地土地やモデルハウスを見に行こう！

気になった土地や家づくりの参考になるモデルハウスを見学しに行きましょう。
スタッフが土地探しや家づくりのコツなどをアドバイスしながら案内します！
現地を見て回って希望する物件を絞り込んでいきましょう！

4.契約をしよう！

希望する物件が見つかったら、いよいよ契約。
必要書類や手続きもあるので注意しよう！※詳しくはスタッフにお伺いください。
土地を購入した場合は、建物の打ち合わせを行って本格的な家づくりが始まります！
モデルハウスを購入した場合は、手続きが終了後ご入居となります。

3.Let's go to actual land and model house!

Let's go and see the model house which is a reference for the land of interest and the house making.
The staff will guide you advice locating land and building houses etc!
Let's go around the actual place and narrow down the desired property!

4.Let's contract!

Once you find the property you want, finally you will have a contract.
Please note that there are required documents and procedures! ※ Please ask the staff for details.
If you purchase land, make a meeting of the building and start house making in earnest!
If you purchase a model house, you will start to live in the house after the procedure is completed.
